If you live in the US, shipping is free during the corona virus lockdown. If you live outside the US, then a shipping cost for the hardcover would need to be added to the $21, depending on where you live.
So many of Catherine’s books are readily available, but some are hard-to-find. Both Starflight Music and Books and also the Spectrum eBooks line are in the process of getting the currently unavailable books ready for re-release. Copies of the eBook should be available before the end of 2020.
